Incheon Asian Games Wrap Up 16 Days of Competition

The Incheon Asian Games have wrapped up 16 days of competition with South Korea standing at second place to China. 
 
With the final medal count on Saturday, South Korea had a total of 234 medals with 79 gold, 71 silver and 84 bronze.
 
Although South Korea fell short of achieving its goal of 90 gold medals, it did succeed in coming in at second for the fifth consecutive time.
 
Later on Saturday, the closing ceremony for the Games will commence at 7 p.m. at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium with the theme “Asia Will Now Remember Incheon.”
  
The Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) will air the closing ceremony live on KBS1 starting from 7 p.m. 
 
The next Asian Games will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia in 2018.
