South Korea claimed its record number of medals at the Deaflympics held in Samsun, Turkey.
 
Team Korea secured a record 52 medals to finish third in the overall medal tally for a third consecutive time at the world games for deaf athletes. 
 
On the last day of the games on Monday, South Korea added one gold, one silver and one bronze medal. In total, South Korea grabbed 18 gold, 20 silver and 14 bronze medals.
 
Russia came in first followed by Ukraine, while hosts Turkey ranked fourth.
 
Team Korea will return home on Wednesday.
 
The next games will open in 2021, with the host nation still yet to be decided.
