South Korean girl band TWICE has been listed as some of the world's hottest young artists on the U.S. Billboard this year.

The nine-member K-pop group joined the likes of Shawn Mendes and Lorde, placing 18th on Billboard Music’s "21 Under 21 2017: Music's Next Generation" chart, which selects powerful young voices under the age of 21.

The exclusive music chart described TWICE as a "robust collective" that "delivers a combination of catchy hooks, kooky concepts and choreography."

It noted that these dynamic features "nabs it consistent number ones in Korea while its 2017 EP 'Signal' landed number three on the World Albums chart."

The girl band released a statement saying that the love they have received “is like a dream” and expressed their desire to grow further.
