The South Korean fantasy blockbuster "Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds" has surpassed 12 million in ticket sales, becoming the first movie to reach the milestone this year.

According to the film’s distributor Lotte Entertainment, the film's ticket sales topped 12 million on Thursday, 23 days after its release on December 20th.

The film is now placed tenth in the country's rankings of record ticket sales, outperforming "Train to Busan" and "Taegukgi: Brotherhood of War," which drew eleven-point-57 million moviegoers and eleven-point-74 million, respectively.
